To place an order
Regardless of how you will pay use our shopping cart system to add those items to the cart you wish to purchase. The search function will allow to find a specific label by PN or description. Simply click on the 'Add' button. Then select the options for the item, ie color and/or size. You can always view the contents of your cart by clicking on the View Cart/Checkout at the top right of every page. A quantify discount based upon total packages purchased as you enter items.
After all items are in your cart, select one of the following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card: The fastest and most convenient way to order. All of your credit card information, will be encrypted and transmitted to our server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. - Credit Card Transaction via Telephone: The order details will be sent to us via email. Give us a call between 8am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time at (928) 445-1510 to provide your credit card information. You can also sign your printed receipt, add your credit card number and expiration date and fax it to (928) 445-1473. or ...
- On Account with company Purchase Order:If you have been approved by our credit department you may order on account with Net 30 day payment terms. You can also place your order over the phone, call us at (928) 445-1510 between 8:00 am and 5:00pm MST any business day. Our sales representative will happy to discuss your requirements with you.
For online orders you can select between UPS and USPS for shipment. Select the method for each carrier. We can ship to the following:
- US destinations including the lower 48 states, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
- Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Japan
- For all other countries please contact us prior to placing your order.
All costs for incoming duty and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser.
UPS: A tracking number will be emailed to you the day your order ships along with your order acknowledgment. Shipping costs are added to your order. If you provide your UPS account number, we can charge the shipping cost to you and the calculated shipping cost will be removed from the order.
USPS: Typically a tracking number is not available for US first class mailings. We will provide an estimate of delivery time with your acknowledgment. Shipping costs are added to your order.
FedEx:Overnight and 2nd Day shipment via FedEx can be done on a collect basis only. Please provide your account number in the comment section. If you elect to use FedEx collect ground service a $5.00 service charge will be added to the order. Also FedEx ground is picked up the following business day.
Orders or portions of an order can be returned within 6 months of purchase for full credit or exchange. Cost for return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Packages must be complete and in good condition. Contact us for return instructions.
Typically orders are shipped the same or the next business day. If cancelled before shipment, there is no cost to you. If shipment has been made, you are responsible for the cost associated with shipping the product and its return.
